One shop in Plano, twenty-two cities served the same way: a free in-person inspection, your insurance claim handled start to finish, and on approved hail claims a complimentary pickup, loaner and delivery so the drive is never yours to make.
DentPicks has repaired hail and dent damage from a single location — 1915 N Central Expy #800, Plano, TX 75075, just off US-75 at the Bush Turnpike — since 2018. We never opened a second shop, and that is deliberate: every car is worked by the same small team, under the same lights, to the same written lifetime warranty. What we built instead is the service around the shop. On an insurance-approved hail repair we collect your vehicle from any address within roughly ninety minutes of Plano, leave you a complimentary loaner, handle the adjuster, and deliver the car back with a mini detail — from Fort Worth to Wylie, Denton to Grand Prairie. Beyond that radius, and anywhere in Texas, the same repair is available with car-hauler transport, which is how we serve Austin.
The city pages below differ in the things that actually differ — the drive, the neighborhoods we pick up from most, and the storms that have hit that particular town. Everything else is identical, because it is one shop:
After a major storm the phones are answered around the clock, and while the shop's hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, weekend inspections and pickups can be arranged. Rated 4.8 from more than 430 Google reviews.
Grouped by county, with the typical drive to the shop — though on an approved hail claim, we make that drive, not you.

Served by car hauler: your vehicle is collected on a professional trailer, repaired in Plano and delivered back. The same model is available anywhere in Texas — call to arrange it.
Twenty-two pages cannot name every suburb, and they do not need to. Murphy, Sachse, Celina, Highland Village, Coppell, Keller, Colleyville, Trophy Club, Oak Point, Corinth, Sunnyvale and the rest of the ring around these cities sit well inside the ninety-minute pickup radius and are served on exactly the same terms: complimentary pickup, loaner and delivery on an approved hail claim, insurance handled for you, and a lifetime warranty. Use the page for the nearest city listed, or simply request a free inspection and tell us where the car is.
Farther out — Waco, Tyler, Sherman, Wichita Falls, or anywhere else in Texas — ask about hauler transport. It is the service we built for Austin, and it works the same way from any address in the state.
After every big DFW hailstorm, the metro fills with pop-up repair tents and out-of-state crews who work out of parking lots for a season and leave. A single permanent facility is the opposite of that model. The technician who reads your dents under the lights on day one is the one who signs the warranty on the last day, and if a question comes up two years later, the shop is still at the same address off US-75. The concierge service exists so that you get that without driving across the Metroplex to find it.
If you'd like to see how the repair itself is done, from reading the dent to the final quality check, it is set out step by step on how it works, and the carrier-by-carrier claim process is covered under hail claims by insurer.
Complimentary concierge pickup on an approved hail claim covers roughly a ninety-minute radius around our Plano shop — which takes in every city listed on this page and the suburbs between them. Beyond that, the same repair is available with car-hauler transport anywhere in Texas.
Yes, if it is inside that radius — Murphy, Sachse, Celina, Coppell, Keller and the rest of the ring around the listed cities are served on the same terms. Use the nearest city's page, or request a free inspection and give us the address.
On an insurance-approved hail repair, no: we collect the car, leave a loaner and bring the car back. For out-of-pocket work such as a single door ding, pickup isn't included, but those jobs are usually finished the same day at the shop, so many customers simply drop in.
The phones are answered around the clock after a major hail event, and we schedule inspections in the order calls come in. There is no rush to decide anything on the spot — most policies allow a hail claim well after the storm date, as long as the policy was active when the damage happened.
The shop's hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, but weekend inspections and pickups can be arranged — tell us what works when you request your inspection.
For door dings, send us a photo for a 30-minute written quote. For hail damage, schedule your free in-person inspection — we'll arrange complimentary pickup from your city and handle your insurance claim from there.
Someone from the team will get back to you. If it is urgent, call (866) 336-8767 and you will reach the Plano shop.
