DentPicks respects the privacy of every visitor to dent-picks.com. We collect only the information you provide voluntarily — name, phone number, email, vehicle details, photos, and insurance information — for the sole purpose of providing you with an inspection, a written estimate, and a hail or dent repair service.
What we collect, and why
The only data we hold about you is what you submit yourself: through our quote-request form, by phone, by text message, or in person at the Plano shop. We use that data to prepare your estimate, file an insurance claim on your behalf when you authorize it, and follow up on your repair.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The only third parties who may receive your information are:
- Your auto insurance carrier, when handling a claim on your behalf with your consent;
- Our authorized payment processor when you pay your bill;
- Tools like Google Analytics and our quote-request form provider, which receive standard anonymized website-analytics data.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we have about you, or request that we delete it, at any time by emailing us through our contact page or by calling (866) 336-8767. We will respond within 30 days.
