What the job involves
This is an active, outdoor, field-sales position — not a desk job. You'll spend your day in DFW neighborhoods talking to real people.
- Work assigned neighborhoods throughout DFW
- Knock doors consistently and speak with vehicle owners
- Identify vehicles that may have hail damage
- Explain DentPicks' services and what the customer gets
- Schedule complimentary vehicle inspections
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records
- Represent DentPicks professionally at every door
Who we're looking for
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Comfortable speaking with new people
- Willing to work outdoors and knock doors consistently
- Coachable and able to follow a sales process
- Professional appearance and communication
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Door-to-door or automotive sales experience is helpful — but not required

Eligibility for deductible assistance and loaner vehicles depends on the customer's approved insurance claim and repair — not every customer automatically qualifies.
